Delivery Prices

We've tried to make our delivery prices as simple as possible. All our parts are sent via AusPost Registered Express Post or Fastways Couriers.

Notes: Single computer systems are shipped at 14.99kg. All single items such as monitors and printers 25kg+ must be sent individually. Shipping weights are not dependant on the actually weight of an item but the cubic dimensions. We do not ship our items internationally.

Pick up is available from Ashwood, Victoria.

Is Stock Available?

We'd love to say yes but we might be lying. Due to the nature of the IT hardware industry stock numbers change on a regular basis. To reduce our prices we only ship to order. The positive side of this means we have immediate access to over 10 suppliers Australia-wide.

As a rule of thumb we have created a simple = Low = Medium = High availability key for our website.

If you place your order online and stock is not available we will contact you immediately and you will have an option to choose to wait for your item or not. We do not charge your credit card until we confirm your item is available.

Is It Safe?

Yes. We use the latest SSL certificates to provide you the highest secure when purchasing online. If you are using the latest browsers your address bar should turn green and the padlock be shown to identify a secure page. All your personal data is then encrypted when transmitted.

How Can I Pay?

Credit Card - Mastercard or Visa payments are the most popular as your order is immediately processed however unfortunately they incur a 2% surcharge.

Cash (pick up only) - We accept cash for orders that are picked up. For security reasons we require your credit card details on file. A verifiying $1 deduction is made which is taken of your order. Should you not pick up your item on your nominated day the outstanding amount is processed as a credit card payment.

Internet Transfer / Bank Deposit - We accept payments directly into our ANZ account. However your order is not processed until your payment is received. This can take between 1-3 business days. Please make sure you provide your order number as reference.

PayPal - We accept PayPal payments however these incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Order By Phone

Simply call us on (03) 9095 6567 - Monday to Friday - 10am to 5pm to place your order. If all our lines are busy please leave a landline number and we will promptly return your call. All order made before 2pm can be picked up that day.

Our telephone operators are only trained to take orders. Please DO NOT call us for product or stock enquiries. Click here to make such enquiry.

Has My Order Gone Thru?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order as been processed. Should there be any issues with your order we will call you to notify you. If you have selected to pick up your items you will be contacted with our pick up address.

How Long Do I Have To Wait?

We know you're itching to install your new hardware that's why we send all our items via AusPost Express Post or Fastway Couriers. This guarantees* you receive your item the next business day for most locations in Australia and allows us to track their progress as well. All other locations are generally delivered within 2-3 business days.

Hardware orders placed before 2pm pick up is available on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be available the next day for pick up.

Systems are available for pick up generally the next business day. You will be contacted when your system is ready.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Yes. Our pick up hours are strictly between Monday to Friday 5pm - 8pm and Saturday 10am - Noon. We are based in Ashwood, Victoria. Approximately 5 minutes from Chadstone Shopping Centre and minutes from the Monash Freeway and Burwood Highway.

We will contact you with our pick up address if you select pick up. Cash can be paid upon pick up.
