Upon entering this site you declare that you are entering by your own free-will and 1FROG accepts no responsibility for any individuals experience within. 1FROG Computers is owned and operated by 1FROG Global, herein refered to as 1FROG.

The user acknowledges that 1FROG provides no guarantees for third party content found within or linking from our site. The latest security protocols and procedures are used to maximize the safety of users browsing and purchasing with this site however the user agrees that, by using this site, they will hold 1FROG negligent from all claims that may arise from or result from any links or contents found on this domain. Although all care is taken, 1FROG provides no guarantees that content found on this site is accurate, up-to-date or free from error. Personal opinions maybe provided and information provided may vary from user based upon all information provided.

1FROG provides the latest specifications on all it's computer systems. However in the event where an item or items are unavailable an equivilent or superior model / make will be used without notice. 1FROG reserves the right to modify any parts of this site without notice.

1FROG Warranty for Computers

The following warranty is provided for all new 1FROG Computers which are assembled by 1FROG.

  1. A standard 12-month warranty (unless extended warranty is purchased), from date of purchase, is provided on labour, assembly and diagnosis. All computer systems within this period which have issues will be diagnosed without charge. If the fault is deemed due to labour or assembly it will be repaired without charge.
  2. Specified manufacturers warranty is provided on parts. All parts are covered by warranties offered by the manufacturer. If the fault is deemed to be parts related 1FROG Computers will contact the manufacturers on behalf of the customer, however approval of repair or replacement cannot be guarenteed. 1FROG Computers will re-assemble any parts that have been repaired or replaced without charge.
  3. 1FROG Computers guarantees your computer will arrival is good condition and fully working. If your computer does not work upon arrival you are required to contact 1FROG Computers via our contact page to notify us within 7 days.
  4. In the instance where the computer system or part is returned and fully works upon testing the customer will be charged a flat rate of $20 plus return shipping fees.
  5. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees, to and from 1FROG Computers unless otherwise specified.
  6. A valid invoice number is required upon warranty claims. We cannot process your warranty without this information.
  7. Any data should be backed up prior to returning any systems to 1FROG Computers. If you are unable to back up your data please notify us so that we may assist. A standard $5 applies per GB. We cannot guarantee data can be accessed to be backed up.
  8. Warranty does not cover damage due to viruses, spyware, accidents, neglect, abuse or physical damage.
  9. Refunds are not provided for any of our computers systems.
  10. Any software not purchased via 1FROG Computers is not covered by warranty. We can assist in installing legitimate software complimentarily at the time of assembly. Simply provide us with your software. However any software issues after the system has been shipped will be charged $40/per hour.
  11. All our prices are inclusive of GST.
  12. 1FROG Computers reserves the right to amend any of its warranty policies without notice.

1FROG Warranty for Parts

The following warranty is provided for all new hardware & peripherals purchased from 1FROG unless otherwise specified.

  1. Parts returned must be accompanied with all original packaging and invoice.
  2. 1FROG Computers reserves the right to issue a refund, exchange or provide credit dependant on the situation.
  3. Parts which are found to be in good working condition will be charged a 20% return fee (in addition to shipping) once a warranty claim has been lodged.
  4. No exchanges will be permitted due to incorrect purchases. Please research your item carefully before purchase.
  5. All shipping fees associated with returns will be borne by the customer.
  6. 1FROG Computers reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim due to physical damage, misuse, incorrect use, abuse or neglect of parts. Please ensure you know what you are doing before assembling parts.
  7. 1FROG Computers gives no guarantees that manufacturers will issue refunds.
  8. All our prices are inclusive of GST.
